Title is as fake as the fake lawyer. While it’s true he was guilty of identity theft, he impersonated a qualified lawyer whose identity he stole, and he may have won a few cases, these were civil cases, mostly likely won via e.g. defendants didn’t show up, there was acceped a judgement between parties, or they just settled before going to court. There was no court cases in front of a jury, so all he had to do was put his name on a few forms the month or so he was a fake lawyer.
